I'm hoping we can get enough honest feedback, stories and analysis from others to start making some reasonable and educated best guesses. I mean, back in the day, i had faith in Pokego++ and iSpoofer to stay ahead of Niatnic's detection curve, oddly enough it appeared to be business and legal reasons that killed them off, not technical reasons, so who really knows. and unfortunately, unless we can get an insider to spill the beans about their anti-cheat detection, we're never gonna know. I'm hoping (i know this sounds weird) that it's because of my old ISPoofer activity and not because they've found a way to detect GPS overriding (by PC tether or by dongle/BT), because if they have, then that pretty much kills off al viable (my opinion) spoofing methods. The price of the tool is lower than Dr.Fone. RecoveryTool Fix Recovery is a good choice. In fact, you can choose a more cost-effective alternative.

I personally (since iSpoofer went off the air) have only use pc tethering (AnyTo is my preferred program) and i got tagged yesterday, as have several other players i know personally. Part 2: Replace the Wondershare Dr.Fone cracked version with RecoveryTool Fix Recovery. The only problem is i've seen reports of itools dongle/bt users getting hit (this pretty much never happened before). The only other choices are jailbreaking/rooting and 3rd party modded apps and i strongly recommend against any of those methods. Next followed by tethered GPS overriders (provided you use the original game app, you teleport only and don't walk and you spoof using the "bot method"). I've stated in a canned post that the lowest risk is itools dongle/bt. Short answer is - yes, if you use the official app, then you are (supposedly) in the lowest risk category.
